As a reminder, I charge actual shipping but my online cart never knows exactly what that will be so I have it set at $10.20 (medium flat rate).. If I can send your item in a small priority box or by first class mail, tis what I will do :)
Shipping Overage Refunds: If you paid with paypal, you'll receive a refund the day your order is shipped.. If you paid by credit card, I only charge the actual shipping amount and everyone receives an updated invoice in their packages (you can also view your updated invoice online the day I ship your order) and yes, I combine shipping on multiple orders :)
Personal Message: I don't just sell the items on my site.. I actually use them, bathe in them, wear them, decorate my home with them..I do hope you love them as much as I do..
Ordering Information: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you did not receive one, please go back and check your shopping cart.. if the items are still there, you did not finish the checkout... if the items are not there, please send me an email and I can look around for you :)

Shipping Times: Your order will be packaged and shipped within 5 business days.. Depending on your location, you can anticipate an additional 1-5 days for delivery. You will receive an email with a tracking number/delivery confirmation number immediately after your order is packed and ready to travel to your home :)
International Shipping:
I have just added Canada.. if you have any problems ordering please let me know. Don't have a heart attack when you see the $30.00 shipping charge. This is the maximum you would pay for shipping. You will only be charged the actual shipping amount and you will receive an updated invoice.
I do ship worldwide but my site is not set up for other countries.. just email me your order, I can get a shipping quote for you and if you decide you want the items, I can send you a paypal invoice :)
